Excellent customer service and pricing. Our old refrigerator in the garage wasn't cooling like it should (freezer only 33 degrees). Called Tuff Appliance Repair on Thur July 3 in the afternoon. The receptionist that answered was super nice and apologized that since Friday was July 4th and a holiday the soonest the could come out was Saturday. The technician arrived on time and was quick to isolate the problem. Thankfully just a bad condenser fan motor. GE wanted $240 for the part so he asked if I had any problem with aftermarket parts. I said no so he checked and found the same motor for $45. Motor arrived 2 days later and the refrigerator is working like new. Great service and very reasonable. I was real happy that he asked about the aftermarket motor, saved a lot of money.

Will definitely call them again when needed and I highly recommend them!!
